I have always loved to bake, in fact, wherever I went, I felt the need to take something which I’d made.  So when I discovered I was Gluten Intolerant in 2012, I felt like my world collapsed!

NO MORE CAKES!!!

Slowly but surely, I started to make my own Gluten Free versions of my favourite cakes, and it worked!  Most of the people couldn’t even taste the difference.

Now I can enjoy my cakes along with my friends and family, and I’ve decided I want YOU to enjoy them too.

I’m here for any questions, and will be happy to learn new things from you as well.
